A four part series of movements that are best done in sequence with attention to focused flow This series is to be repeated in sequence for five minutes BEFORE you warm up with ideal of finding your functional check-point. This Mobility WOD is open to all CrossFit “boxes” where we are able to schedule with the owners/coaches.
